MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Mr Frank Madariaga
My name is Frank Madariaga and I have been a member of the management committee at Prudentia Education Ltd for over seven years now.
I felt obliged to become involved with Prudentia Education in the hope that we would be able to maintain and raise the current levels of alternative education and training, ensure that it continues with the fantastic work the staff and volunteers achieve on a daily basis and raise its profile. I am a firm believer that all children should have equal access to education and training opportunities.
I have always had a keen interest in supporting individuals and groups within the local community and set up my own business, Neurological Employment Services in 2014 with the aim of supporting people with a diagnosis of a neurological condition in employment. Passionate about my work, I strive to raise awareness and understanding about disability in the workplace, education and everyday life.
My previous employment history includes management, human resources, training and development and advisory roles within the charitable sector, retail, motor factors industry and the civil service (DWP).
